		<description>I&#039;ve learned to watch my weight change. I can be 49.9kg in the morning and then 51kg at night. But then it doesn&#039;t really move out of this range very much. My BMI is 19.8 so I&#039;m in a nice healthy weight range anyway.</description>

		<description>KristiB:  If there&#039;s one thing I&#039;m convinced about it&#039;s that I&#039;m not convinced about anything!  However, I do tend to keep my weight under control when I weigh in every day. I have found that I can do too much damage in a week&#039;s time :)</description>
