There are a few new features here at Get Fit Slowly that I wanted you all to know about.
First, I added new buttons for subscribing to my free feeds by email or RSS. Also, I’ve added buttons for facebook and twitter. Please consider following me if you aren’t doing so already.
Secondly, I changed the navigation bar at the top of the site a little bit too. I wanted to point out the tab entitled “DAILY NUMBERS.” Clicking that tab takes you to a new page with a graphical interface that shows my daily weigh-ins via my withings page. So now instead of weighing in once a week for you all, you can check it out every day if you’d like. Also, I won’t have to make a special post each week highlighting my weight loss.
Finally, to make room for the extra navigation tab, I removed the tab that read “MUST READ” and moved the Introduction post from that tab to the “POPULAR” tab. It might not be so popular, but the navigation bar looks terrible with two rows of tabs and this was my best solution to that problem.
Thanks for checking out the new features. I think they make the site look a little bit better.

That Withings scale looks awesome… I have a serious case of gadget envy!
I still think you should do a weekly weigh in post as most of us RSS readers won’t visit the daily numbers page that often.

I’m with the fit36.com I already have a few bit of gadgets on my list to buy, but that withings scale looks so cool.
I also agree with AndrewE. I think if you didn’t point out your weight numbers, I don’t know if I’d click on it very often. So, I guess it depends on whether you want people to stay informed with your weight.

you’re right. Two rows of tabs would not have looked good. I’ll agree with the others as well. keep the weigh-in posts along with the daily weigh-in.
