Weight Loss Tips
I have been on the weight loss train for about 3 years now. Well, really I’m now on the maintenance train, but I was on the weight loss train for close to 3 years. During those three years, I’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t work (at least for me) when trying to drop some poundage.
